City of Luverne sets public hearing to consider alleyway
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF A PORTION OF AN ALLEYWAY
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE §412.851
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission on the 11th day of September, 2023, in the Council Chambers of City Offices located at 305 East Luverne Street, Luverne, Minnesota 56156, at 5:00 p.m.
The public hearing is to consider the vacation of a portion of the West-East alley
of Block 12 in the Original Plat, City of Luverne, Rock County, Minnesota.  
A complete copy of the legal description is available for inspection by any person
during  business hours in the office of the City Clerk, 305 East Luverne Street, Luverne,
Minnesota.
