Golf outing June 23
The Nobles County Corn and Soybean Growers and Rock-Nobles Cattlemen’s Golf Outing will be Tuesday, June 23, at the Adrian Country Club.
Tee time is at 2 p.m. with a steak dinner to follow at 5:30 p.m. Golf and dinner are free for members of either organization, and sign-up and renewal of memberships will be available at the door.
Call the Adrian Country Club at 507-483-2722 by June 21 to reserve your spot.
 
Enduro races
still planned
Although local county fairs have been canceled this summer, the Luverne-Slayton-Rock Rapids Enduro Race Series (LSR) will continue.
The first race of the series is scheduled for June 20 at Rock Rapids. Drivers should register on the LSR Enduro Series Facebook page, or call Randy at 712-470-2036 by June 17.
Upcoming Enduro race dates in the series are Aug. 1 in Luverne, Aug. 15 in Slayton, Aug. 29 in Luverne and Sept. 12 in Rock Rapids.
