The Capital Mall is a part of the Capitol Grounds. It is specifically the landscape surrounding the Capitol building that extends south toward downtown, ending at 12th Street.
All Minnesotans are invited to a statewide virtual public meeting to view the potential changes and improvements to Minnesota’s Capitol Mall.
