The Minnesota Bureau of Investigation released an image captured by a dairy operation on County Road 8 of a maroon pickup driving by during the timeframe in question in a fatal pedestrian incident Dec. 13.
Local law enforcement and the Minnesota BCA are investigating a fatal hit-and-run that occurred on the morning of Dec. 13 in rural Rock County.
