ORDINANCE NO. 40, FOURTH SERIES
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 57. EMERGENCY PROTECTION FIRE SERVICES, SECTION 57.05 RATES
THE CITY OF LUVERNE DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.That Section 57.04. Rates. of the Luverne City Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
The established rate for each fire service provided by the city’s Fire Department
is set at $1,000.
SEC. 2. This ordinance takes full force and effect seven (7) days after its publication.
