    Beaver Creek City Council members convened Wednesday night, Jan. 11, for their first meeting of the new year under new leadership.     Emma Nibbelink of Luverne was fatally injured in a two-vehicle accident reported at 6:04 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, in Sioux County, Iowa.
