The latest addition of public art at the Flag Park corner in Luverne features local veterans who participated in the Veterans Portrait Project last fall. With permission from the veterans and from photographer Stacy Pearsall, the black and white photographs are displayed on three sides of the electrical box at the corner facing traffic at the Main Street and Highway 75 intersection.
