Regulars support Red Cross blood donation program

Pastor Josh Enderson, Luverne, goes through the blood donation health screening with Red Cross phlebotomist Alyssa Wuebker during Monday’s blood drive at Grace Lutheran Church. Enderson, who serves as an associate pastor at Grace Lutheran, said he’d always thought about donating blood and since the blood drive was in his own church he did. He said after the first time he gave blood, “I figured out it was pretty painless.” At left, volunteer Dolores Mulligan said she became involved with the Red Cross when a friend invited her to help with an event.
