Apartment fire in Luverne displaces 25 people

It was a harried night for both apartment members and firefighters as emergency evacuations were necessary in the middle of the night. Apartment residents and law enforcement assisted with accounting for all 25 evacuees, and strong winds created challenging conditions for firefighters.
